not even sure what ’90s style’ hc is, does it just mean metal/new age type stuff? i mean shelter don’t sound much like threadbare y know?
think i preferred the other ep but still a decent and interesting band that needs more love, apparently lovro is doing a band with most of disembodied now, neeeaat
what happened to the ‘mid nineties metalcore’ revival that was supposed to be happening? did everyone just sack it off for more mysterious-core/lockin out worship when they realised it required technical profiency? we still need more bands influenced by threadbare. that ‘the blinding light’ band brian lovro did on deathwish were ok in that inpenetrable ‘appreciate rather than strictly enjoy’ sort of way but not a patch on tb, is he fronting a new band with most of disembodied now or did i imagine that? also more bands like ‘kingdom…’ era damnation a.d. plz, werd.
